For a PhD put dissertation, and for a master's degree put master's thesis in square brackets following the title.
The publisher is the university or other institution granting the degree.
The place of publication is the city in which the granting institution is located. See the Publication details button for more information.
In cases where the place of publication is not stated, source the location via alternative methods e.g. location of University, and place this in square brackets.
