Notes

For first editions, omit the edition information.

Abbreviate 'New revised edition' to 'New rev ed', 'Australian edition' to 'Australian ed', and so on.

For books where each chapter has different authors, use Books - Chapter in an edited book.

For books online, use Books - Ebook.
