Notes

If the book is the first edition, omit the edition information.

If the chapter's authors and the book's editors are the same, or overlap, do not edit or omit any names. Include the name/s as both author and editor.

Where an ebook does not have continuous page numbers (i.e. every chapter starts with page 1) replace the page range with the chapter number, as in Temperton example above.

For chapters in an authored ebook (i.e. not an edited ebook), use the Ebook template.
