Where there is no post title, use part of the text of the post, of up to 160 characters (including spaces). If there is a title, use the title.
Include the username in parentheses if it varies to the author information. If the real name of an author is not known, substitute the username provided for the author.
If the item contains no words, such as a photograph without a caption, provide a description of the item.
