Editors names are formatted with initial first then surname.
In the second example the editor has included one of her/his own writings in a book (s)he edited. If this happens, use the same name twice: once as chapter author name (at the beginning of the reference) and again as editor.
For first editions, omit all edition information.
If the chapter has a DOI include it at the end of the reference in the format https://doi.org/xx.xxx.xxxx.xxxxx
If the chapter does not have page numbers omit them.
