If an article with an article number also has page numbers, you can use those in in-text citations, if appropriate, but do not use in the reference list entry.
The issue number (1) is not italicised.
If a journal does not have an issue number evident, omit it.
Only include a database name and URL where there is no DOI and the resource is ONLY available through that database (e.g. DynaMed, ERIC and Cochrane databases).
